The institute gives training under two major departments in both regular and extension programs.
The departments are classified into tourism and hotel streams.
Tourism management at degree and level five,
Tourism operation supervision and tourism operation at level four and
Tour guiding at level three are given in the tourism department.
Hotel management at degree and level five,
Food and beverage service, front office and housekeeping and laundry supervision at level four,
Housekeeping operation, front office and food and beverage service, foreign dish cooking, food and beverage control at level three are the programs offered in the hotel department.Other common courses like foreign languages, psychology, information technology, entrepreneurship and first aid are part of the training. Short term and on-job training related to both hotel and tourism programs are also given on request.
